James Savko of crabbyMUSE

JAMES SAVKO

James Savko developed his keen eye for real estate while a student at Ohio State University. At that time, Jim began buying distressed buildings in the Victorian Village neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. Jim also chaired the neighborhood zoning committee, coordinating citizen input in cooperation with the City of Columbus and creating the largest residential neighborhood to be placed on the National Historic Register at that time. This inner city neighborhood, previously of flophouses and tenements, is now one of Columbus’ most desired residential areas. His interest in property revitalization took him to Florida, Colorado, and Massachusetts. Throughout his career, Jim has created sustainable living environments in urban neighborhoods through redeveloping hundreds of properties. More recently, he moved into commercial redevelopment in these same neighborhoods. He enjoys being the inspiration in catalyst redevelopment.  Visit Jim on LinkedIN »

Nanci Yuronis of crabbyMUSE

NANCI YURONIS

Nanci Yuronis thinks like an engineer: she quietly figures things out and moves ahead. As a master educator, Nanci quickly learned to identify individuals who possessed the will to achieve. Encouraging excellence has been a foundation of Nanci’s career. In the late 80’s she accepted a new challenge and with her family built a 600-passenger side-wheel riverboat which was introduced as a cruising attraction in Sanford, Florida. Although nobody believed the idea would be commercially viable, twenty-nine years later the Rivership Romance is still cruising the St. Johns River. Nanci moved to Provincetown, Massachusetts in the early 90’s and there she pursued mastery in painting, studying with known artists Sal del Deo, Brenda Horowitz, Robert Henry, Nancy Whorf, Carol Wescott and others, sharpening her aesthetic and technical skills. Artist, entrepreneur, master teacher, designer, builder, detail-organizer, Nanci takes pride in living life to its fullest.  Visit Nanci on LinkedIN »
